About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounting Administrator to join our finance team. This key role is essential in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our financial processes, ensuring a robust and future-proof balance sheet and accurate financial statements. The Finance Administrator will support various finance functions, including Purchase Order (PO) management, Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GRIR) processes, pricing setup, Vistex reconciliation, and training commercial professionals on software system usage.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing support for Purchase Order processes and manage GRIR accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
Assist with Vistex-related financial activities including reconciliation and monitoring for precise financial entries and reporting.
Collaborate with sales and pricing teams to ensure accurate pricing setup in alignment with company policies.
Conduct regular training sessions for sales professionals on relevant financial systems to enhance efficiency.
Support the finance leadership team in preparing basic reports, financial summaries, and data analysis as required.
Work closely with departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Procurement to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial processes.
Assist with ad hoc accounting and administrative finance tasks as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in financial software and systems; experience with SAP is required. Knowledge of Vistex, Anaplan, Ariba, and One Stream is a plus, with a strong ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and training.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with Tableau is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a capacity for implementing process improvements.
