Job Description:
The Final Table Operator visually inspects the pipe/casing and takes micrometer and pi tape readings to ensure the pipe/casing is within our set tolerance. They will also work alongside the EMI operator to properly mark any EMI indications to be sent to prove up area
Responsibilities:
- Visually inspect pipe for trim issues or cosmetic issues
- Check pipe straightness
- Take size readings using micrometer and pi tape
- Mark any reject or rework pipe according to color code
- Ensure traceability information is correct and legible
- Ensure coil stamp is legible
