The Role

Position: Senior Telesales Insurance Representative

Overview:
We’re looking for a driven, coachable, and resilient Senior Telesales Insurance Representative. If you’re motivated by sales goals, thrive on personal growth, and enjoy meaningful conversations with seniors, you’ll fit right in. This is a fast-paced, high-reward opportunity with no cold calling—just quality, prequalified live transfer leads.

What You’ll Do:

  • Close final expense insurance sales via phone using live transfer leads.

  • Build rapport with clients, assess needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions.

  • Handle objections and rejection with confidence and professionalism.

  • Collaborate with a dedicated Business Advisor to refine your pitch and close more deals.

  • Leverage Customer Service support to maintain strong client relationships.

  • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets—earn bonuses, commissions, and award-winning vacations.

What We Offer:

Earning Potential:

  • Base + Bonus: $18–$20/hr based on performance, plus 1.5x overtime.

  • Commission-Only Track: Aggressive commission structure with quarterly increases.
