As a Fin Ops TBM, you will be responsible for settling and billing all services provided by the company within the established timeframes, generate PO for payments to suppliers, and collect observations from both clients in the billing section and suppliers with the PO.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liquidate and invoice services, manage invoices, and control extra-cost billing.
  • Manage Service Level Agreements, Dynamics system, and collaborate with other areas for accurate billing.
  • Prepare and present reports, register non-conformity requests, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, promote correct use of tools and equipment, and manage conflicts and generate solutions while promoting professional development and excellence.


We are looking for:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in billing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, administration, economics or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, organization, teamwork and collaborative skills.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.
  • An intermediate level of English is a plus.
