Job Summary
Perform setup, mixing, filling, operation and troubleshooting of filling equipment used to fill bulk/BiPak orders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Follow operating procedures, including: ISO procedure, safety rules, PPE requirements, and SDS’s
- Fill orders based on the information on the fill ticket.
- Fill out requisitions for raw materials and non-inventory items.
- Inventory cycle count
- Weigh materials and heat materials
- Equipment used: computers, scales, mixers (Hobart, Ross Mixer, Speed Miser, Air Mixer), paint shaker, large 30-gallon roller, ovens
- Operates BiPak/QuickPouch equipment as well as printing labels needed to complete orders. Using Eppendorf, Gilson, and Semmatic/Nordon dispensing equipment.
- Quality in-process inspection of materials.
- Perform all required maintenance, inspection, and troubleshoot machinery (scales, mixers, etc)
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of MRP & ERP systems a plus
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Location: Billerica, MA
Schedule: 1st Shift 7:30 am-4:00 pm Monday - Friday
Pay: This position has a salary range of $20.50. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location
Bonus Pay: Meridian offers an incentive plan for 2025 focused on safety, quality, and financial metrics. Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year, with earned payments distributed quarterly throughout the year.

Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Operate, set up, mix, fill, and troubleshoot filling equipment and dispensing systems
