Filipino Content Rater

Role Overview

We are looking for a Filipino Content Rater to join our team. As a FilipinoContent Rater, you will be responsible for evaluating and rating various types of content in Filipino according to predefined guidelines. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain objectivity while assessing content quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate content across various platforms including websites, social media, and other digital mediums.

- Apply predefined criteria to assess the relevance, accuracy, and quality of content in Filipino.

- Rate content based on established guidelines, ensuring consistency and accuracy in assessments.

- Provide detailed feedback on content quality, highlighting areas for improvement when necessary.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in rating decisions.

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in content guidelines to enhance rating accuracy.

- Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting established deadlines.

- Adhere to confidentiality and data security protocols when handling sensitive information.

Experience and Skills Required:

- Native-level of Filipino.

- Deep knowledge of the Filipino culture and society.

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be preferred but not essential.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while reviewing content.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply guidelines effectively.

- Basic understanding of digital content platforms and social media.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Flexibility to adapt to evolving guidelines and priorities.

- Previous experience in content evaluation or rating is a plus, but not required.

- Customer Service experience will be highly valuable.
