MES is seeking a File Coordinator to join our team in Hauppauge, NY. In this role, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the accurate processing, organization, and distribution of documents while supporting effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Print, photocopy, and prepare documents for distribution
  • Stuff envelopes and assist with outgoing mail
  • Schedule translation and transportation
  • Reminder calls
  • Scan and digitally organize documents
  • Email clients with completed materials or updates
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company protocols for document handling
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred
  • Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing and able to learn multiple roles to provide effective back-up coverage
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable using office equipment (scanner, copier, printer)
  • Basic proficiency in email and document software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Outlook)
