The Role 

Reporting to the Village Managers, each FIFO Site Administrator is responsible for providing support to site reception, guest services, accommodation, rostering and general administration support to the Village Managers and leadership team on-site. These are permanent fulltime roles working a 2:1 FIFO swing from Perth airport.

About You 

  • Strong INX, SAMS, SAP, RMS or similar site system experience is essential 
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a FIFO Site Administrator 
  • Excellent communication skills, as you will be working front of house and passion for hospitality and customer services is required 
  • Experience supporting rostering and time & attendance 
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office package 
  • The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a hands on role 
  • Class C, Manual Driver’s License 
  • Able to pass a medical and drug screen

Skills Required

  • Experience with INX, SAMS, SAP, RMS or similar site systems
