• Manage the realization of internal sales (field/shipping) targets independently set by responsible distributors.
• Regularly control target stock levels of distributors on a daily/weekly basis and manage the process of preparing and informing regional offices of necessary orders. Consolidated sales reports are pulled from the distributor system and trend analysis is conducted. Randomly selected invoices are reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and validity. Results are reported monthly and shared with both the sales department and Quality Control.
• Ensure distributor stocks are accurate and consistent with the system. Each month, a sample of SKUs is physically counted and compared with distributor stock reports. Differences are investigated, and monthly reports are shared with the Quality Control department.
• Coordinate with HQ/regional planning teams for POSM tracking, and ensure accurate records of distribution and stock movements.
• Support the follow-up of distributor receivables from the field. Coordinate with field managers for overdue receivables and ensure that applications in the field meet Diageo quality standards. During field visits, selected invoices are checked at sales points for authenticity and ownership. Reports are prepared monthly and shared with Quality Control.
• Ensure consistency between distributor personnel/vehicle information in the Panorama system and the Masterplan. Track all equipment and vehicles provided by Diageo to the distributors. Monitor distribution cost support payments.
• During scheduled return periods, ensure the proper return of products from distributors, oversee coordination, and monitor the return process. Damaged and returned stock reports are reviewed.​
