Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Field Software Application Support and Data Quality Analyst to coordinate and manage work order submissions and deployment activities for our projects in the field. The ideal candidate will have experience using software applications to collect and submit information, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of disaster support tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, this is an infield job at construction sites, must be comfortable working outside around heavy equipment and active construction sites.
This individual will be involved in field technology deployment and support activities for software applications users working on disaster support activities. This may include technical support as well as on-site project work and product support for disaster-related support. The primary focus will be on data entry, user support and data quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data across our systems. This role involves rigorous checking of submissions and the implementation of quality control measures. The current mission is supporting software application being used to manage work orders related to a temporary housing mission.
Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Enter new work orders and monitor progress, validating the quality of work submitted through the application.
  • Support end users of the application as needed, including introducing the application to new and existing users as new features and functionality are released.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure submissions meet client needs and assist in modifications as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure tasks and expectations are met.
  • Assist in the development of deployment strategies and processes to optimize efficiency.

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or related work experience
  • Strong technology fluency and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Teaching and customer centric focused
  • 0-2 years’ experience in field software application support or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proven experience in identifying and resolving scheduling and coordination issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on a construction site preferred
  • Experience with the quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes
  • Experience with technical support and software/ mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of technical installation processes and requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop mitigation plans.

Current Hours:
8am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 8am-3pm local time
Travel for on-site work in Austin, TX.
