Job Description

The Field Service Engineer in a few words

Provide onsite services support as assigned projects / tasks (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, modification, re-location …)

  • Provide engineering consulting / solution to customer.
  • Support manufacturing as assigned by Team Leader / Group Manager / FS Director

Duties and responsibilities

  • Do Installation / setting up machines, equipment at customer sites
  • Do troubleshooting all technical issues
  • Do preventive maintenance (OSS)
  • Support creating SOPs, work instruction
  • Support training new members
  • Do all reports related to work (Daily report, travel report,…)
  • Support manufacturing works as assigned by Team Leader / Group Manager / FS Director
  • Do well management tools and PPEs that company has equipped for each individual engineer 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate in a few words

  • Education: University Certification or above (Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience
  • Knowledge of Technical in Electrical / Automation / Mechatronic
  • Skills and Abilities
  • English: Communication
  • Being able to read and well understanding technical documents / drawings
  • Being able to work alone or with a team
  • Being able to travel frequently.
