About the role

As a Sales Specialist  at Wolt, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth and we want you to be our deal-closer towards restaurants, retailers, and other local businesses. You’ll identify potential partners, pitch the value of Wolt, and work closely with merchants to onboard them successfully onto our platform.

With solid product knowledge, you will clearly communicate how Wolt can strengthen businesses and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. In addition, you will work closely with other internal departments to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and support.

What you'll be doing
  • Prospect and generate leads to identify potential new partners (restaurants, grocery stores, and retail shops)
  • Pitch and negotiate with decision-makers, demonstrating how Wolt can add value to their business
  • Close deals and manage contracts to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Account Management, Operations, Marketing) to guarantee partners’ success after launch
Our humble expectations
  • Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in restaurant sales or retail
  • Excellent command of Swedish and English. Speaking another language is a big plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively, as the role involves significant travel with overnight stays across Sweden (up to 75% of your working time)
  • A driver’s license is not required, but considered a strong plus
