About the role.
The Field Sales Manager, NSW, is responsible for leading and coordinating the NSW Sales Team to achieve growth and sales goals in line with corporate objectives.
What you'll be doing.
  • Take ownership of volume, trade investment, and gross profit KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor Sales Representatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic joint business plans for key accounts.
  • Manage relationships with independent operators, end users, and route to market distributors.
  • Implement sales cycle activities and blitzes.
  • Evaluate team performance, drive motivation, and foster development.
  • Monitor CRM compliance and reporting.

What you'll need to be successful.
  • Proven experience as a sales manager or similar people leader.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent organisational abilities.
  • Track record in developing sales strategies based on data and insight.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and thrive in a team environment.

You will lead a team of five Sales Representatives across NSW, reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, Foodservice. The team is dynamic, collaborative, and committed to delivering value to customers and achieving results.
