To manage a team of Territory Field Sales Managers and lead the development of a portfolio Retail and Impulse accounts in each geographical area through active selling and the implementation of agreecl Perfect Store standards.

- Develop and execute the Field Sales business plan for the assigned territory.
- Monitor and manage the KPIs of both the Field Sales Team and the Field Sales Agency (if applicable).
- Ensure the achievement of predefined KPI targets, including store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, cashier coolers, Perfect Store implementation, and more.
- Oversee promotional execution, ensuring all promotions are in place and running effectively from day one.
Store Universe Coverage
- Define the relevant store universe to be covered by the Field Sales Team.
- Support the team in expanding the store universe through active selling, implementing the Perfect Store Concept, and utilizing a rotating coverage model.
Field Tools & Data Management
- Ensure the Field Team has access to all necessary information to perform their roles effectively.
- Verify the correct usage of all relevant Field Sales tools.
- Oversee the accurate input of audit data by the team and utilize audit reports to identify and address areas for team development.
Team Management
- Clearly define job roles for the Field Team, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon working practices.
- Continuously measure and review team performance against the KPI targets for the territory.
Coaching and Development
- Train and develop the team to maximize individual contributions and potential, leveraging the global Field Sales Training Curriculum.
- Conduct regular in-field coaching through joint store visits.
Relationship Building
- Foster a dynamic and inclusive team environment that promotes a positive attitude, teamwork, and creativity.
Requisitos
>5 years experience in FMCG sector
Valid driving license
Leadership, motivation, and team skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience with Field Sales Tools
