Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for all the data analysis and field reports to the company. The Insights Analyst is the main contact between Red Bull and external data companies, being responsible for the relationship with them, for the development of new information tools, integration of data, and the solution of issues concerning Red Bull and such companies and the maintenance of main market reports.
Merchandising
Identify and solve gaps in the merchandising project, in terms of improve auditions so they better reflect how the market actually is; develop and review itineraries for best efficiency, concerning frequency of visits, stores and stores volume, dislocation and number of stores; run all the reports that are fed by the merchandising auditions and continually enhance them; business planning.
Business Insights
Identify, develop and implement necessary processes to enhance sales business performance within areas.
Build the data platform necessary to run analysis and generate insight – directly manage data providers.
Identify opportunities and challenges. Quantify the opportunities. Prioritise and provide solutions to overcome the challenge or maximise the opportunity.
Sales development analysis (by customer, by channel, by distribution point, etc.).
Customer performance in all sales fundamentals.
Channel (Retail, Impulse, C&C, etc.) specific strategies and tools/tactics.
Promotional evaluation.
Business planning.
Data Analysis
Feed the company with analytical field data, providing the most accurate picture of the field, given the available data.
Develop better ways of understanding the available data, identify gaps of information that can aid the company, develop new data with the integration of the different sources outcomes.
Qualifications
Marketing, business administration and other similar graduation is required.
Advanced English
Minimum 2 year´s experience in data analysis, insights in consumer goods companies.
Commercial experience is a plus.
Excel and Power Point advanced
Strong analytical, logical, time planning, strategic and communication skills
