The Role

Description

Our Field Sales Executive is the engine of Treatwell, the team that makes salon partners' dreams come true. Our main goal is to have a wide network of partner salons, so that we can offer a wider range of treatments to our customers, creating the perfect beauty experience. At Treatwell Greece, you will be the heart of our business. You will balance  your working time mostly on the ground, visiting beauty establishments, engaging potential partners and expanding the market in Athens but also in our lovely downtown office! You will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager, and working collaboratively with the Onboarding team and potential partners. You will be 100% focused on bringing in new business development.

Your role will be instrumental in growing our portfolio of beauty salons, you will establish a close relationship with your clients, contacting them by phone, email and organising in person meetings to explain the benefits of joining Europe's largest beauty marketplace and SAAS.

You will be responsible for:

  • As a Supersales person you will be handling the full end-to-end sales cycle management from lead generation to closing the contract.
  • Talk, interact, communicate face to face with salons to establish partnerships between Treatwell and salon owners, selling the main benefits of the service.
  • Cold door visits, calling, messaging, you will manage the whole sales process (from A to Z).
  • Negotiating terms and finalising contracts with prospective salons.
  • Communicate Treatwell’s software value proposition, handle objections to close deals and set up successful long term partnerships.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline to hit monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM System Salesforce.
  • Market Research: stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Contribute in the development of the sales strategy for your assigned region.

About You

  • Fluent Greek & English speaker.
  • Experience - Minimum 2 years of solid B2B Field Sales with a track record of success.
  • Industry - SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Salesforce CRM experience will be considered a big plus.
  • Relationship Building - You are a true hunter and relationship builder.
  • Organised - You can multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Curiosity - You are naturally curious and have a desire to always grow and improve .
  • Winning mentality - Always going the extra mile to get the job done.
  • Natural communicator, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Love receiving feedback and putting it into action in order to achieve better results.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Great skills in listening and problem solving.
  • Self-starter, ready to take initiative, but also willing to collaborate to elevate the success of a team.
