Job Description:

Field Sales Engineer (FSE) - Switzerland

Job Summary:

This person will be responsible for Customers in Switzerland. It is the goal to develop and grow MPS business in the region by identifying high potential customers: automotive, industrial, consumer and other available applications.
Suitable candidate has a strong sales background and customer knowledge established in Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for  all design-in activities and ensure their successful implementation within assigned customer accounts, as well as in acquiring new customers.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass assigned revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and engineering teams within the MPS product divisions to identify target applications and circuits, increase design wins, and expand product share with both new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with management and design engineering teams at strategic customers.
  • Identify and engage new target customers to grow the MPS customer base

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and successfully apply the entire MPS product portfolio.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strengths in active listening, effective collaboration, creative problem-solving, conflict resolution, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Persuasive communicator able to work closely with MPS executive leadership and product divisions to clearly articulate and advocate business strategies, revenue goals, and customer requirements within the assigned territory.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Technical degree (minimum Bachelor’s) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a proven track record of success in selling electronic components for 4+ years.
  • Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week

Location: North of Switzerland or Southwest Germany
