     1. Business development

• Define the new business growth plan and product divisions and execute
• Manage quarterly target of new Design Wins
• Manage quarterly resale/revenue and inventory

2. Sales activities to manufacturers, Robotics manufacturers. To know customers, its applications and the competitors and analyze pros and cons. Communicate with overseas products divisions and distributors and make winning strategy for each opportunities and execute.

• Major customers: Servo Motor, Stepping Motor, Robotics and its applied products (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Nidec, OMRON, YAMAHA, SMC, IAI etc.)

    3.Relationship management

    Although this is distributor business, need the negotiation directly with customers for key

    projects, managing projects and building relationships.
