We are looking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as Field Sales Engineer. As a member of the team you will be contacting our customers with the portfolio of our products. You are the right candidate for us if you are self-driven, hardworking and enthusiastic to learn and develop, reliable and goal-oriented, persistent and patient. You should also be flexible to travel within the country and region and be proactive and continuously oriented towards selling technical support to our customers.
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits, meetings to customers to understand their needs and promote our products and services
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, demonstrating how our solutions can meet their specific requirements
- Collaborate with internal team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners and sales channels
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends
- Runs the operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools.
- Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions
What we require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record to achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Processing or similar)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience on a similar position
- Fluency in Polish, good command of English
- Valid and clean B driving license
