We are looking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as Field Sales Engineer. As a member of the team you will be contacting our customers with the portfolio of our products. You are the right candidate for us if you are self-driven, hardworking and enthusiastic to learn and develop, reliable and goal-oriented, persistent and patient. You should also be flexible to travel within the country and region and be proactive and continuously oriented towards selling technical support to our customers.
 
Your responsibilities:

  •  Conduct regular visits, meetings to customers to understand their needs and promote our products and services
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, demonstrating how our solutions can meet their specific requirements
  • Collaborate with internal team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners and sales channels
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends
  • Runs the operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools.
  • Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions

 
What we require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record to achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Processing or similar)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience on a similar position
  • Fluency in Polish, good command of English
  • Valid and clean B driving license

  • Enjoy travelling and working with customers (availability to travel in Poland 3-4 days a week)
