This role has a large part to play in both driving strategic business decisions in the long term and tracking performance short term. It has high exposure to multiple departments both locally and at our HQ in Austria, so developing excellent relationships with our internal stakeholders is key.
Job Applications will close on the 12th August at 12pm.
Job DescriptionMAINTENANCE OF FIELD SALES DATA
Cleanse, integrate, and maintain the Field Sales data that drives and empowers our team. Thousands of data points are collected from stores across Great Britain by our Striker, RAE, and DPM teams, forming the foundation for reporting. Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of this data through rigorous quality controls and standards is essential for effective reporting, analysis, and decision-making, enabling our strategy.
BI REPORTING
Support the development, creation, and maintenance of Power BI reports to monitor and analyse performance across multiple channels, including Retail, Impulse and Fitness. This involves designing visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards that provide actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and tailoring reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders. Additionally, identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, automate data workflows, and improve efficiency, enabling better decision-making and performance tracking across all channels.
UNIVERSE AND APP MANAGEMENT
Ensure high-quality maintenance of applications and universe data by effectively spotting duplication and timely updates of data across the Retail, Impulse, and Fitness outlet universes. This involves regularly reviewing, cleaning, and updating datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency, enabling reliable
analysis and reporting. This process will include identifying and resolving inconsistencies, integrating data from multiple sources, and maintaining applications during system updates.
TERRITORY ANALYSIS
Understand the relationship between in-store interventions and their impact on on-shelf to optimise territories and routes for the Striker, DPM, and RAE teams across all channels. This also involves creating test and learn initiatives to support business performance reviews and contributing to larger Field Sales Data projects.
Key responsibilities include presenting data clearly to non-specialists, suggesting concept tests within regions, and supporting strategic initiatives. A hands-on approach is crucial, as the insights and outcomes of analysis directly influence changes at shelf.
Proficient in at least one of Python, SQL, or R, with the willingness to learn the others. Knowledge of Snowflake is a plus.
Adept at preparing high-quality datasets and using root cause analysis to uncover meaningful insights. Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to develop creative solutions.
Skilled at managing multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Eager to learn and improve systems, processes, and tools, while uncovering unexpected connections in data to drive valuable outcomes.
