  • Plan and execute medium-to-large scale events that engage decision-makers and accelerate opportunities
  • Drive lead generation and MQL conversion through house lists and paid media campaigns
  • Partner with Sales to lead sales-led marketing programs that directly impact pipeline creation
  • Localize and execute global marketing campaigns, adapting messaging to resonate with the Japanese market
  • Enhance CxO engagement and brand visibility through PR, media, and executive programs
What you’ll need:
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience (IT industry experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of pipeline generation in partnership with Sales
  • Experience executing end-to-end marketing campaigns (strategy, execution, measurement)
  • Strong project management skills, coordinating multiple stakeholders and vendors on time and within budget
  • Practical experience with, or strong understanding of, CRM/MA tools such as Salesforce or Marketo
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and global teams
  • Business-level English proficiency for APAC and global alignment

  • Partner marketing experience in an IT company (working with resellers, system integrators, alliances)
  • Knowledge or experience in specific verticals (e.g. manufacturing, consulting, or other enterprise industries)
What`s in it for you
  • Competitive equity package
  • Wellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowance
  • Group Personal Accident Insurance (業務災害総合保険) and Group Long-Term Disability Insurance (団体長期障害所得補償保険).
