The Role

The Field and Partner Marketing Senior Specialist, UKI, is responsible for leading the execution of impactful, regionally tailored marketing programmes that support pipeline growth, drive partner engagement, and strengthen brand awareness in the UKI region. Acting as a liaison between sales, partners, and global marketing teams, this role ensures alignment and excellence in all marketing executions.

What You’ll Do

Field Marketing

  • Support the design and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that align with regional sales objectives.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of regional events, webinars, and executive roundtables.
  • Localise global marketing campaigns to address market-specific nuances and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, offering recommendations to optimise future initiatives.

Partner Marketing

  • Collaborate with partners to deliver joint marketing and co-branding initiatives.
  • Support Market Development Funds (MDF) requests, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in the creation of partner enablement materials and toolkits.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with partner marketing teams throughout the UKI region.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with the regional sales team to ensure marketing activities reflect local priorities.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, digital, design, and content teams to ensure relevance for the region.
  • Contribute valuable insights and feedback to enhance campaign effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in B2B marketing, focusing on field and/or partner marketing.
  • Demonstrated success managing regional campaigns.
  • Proven ability to deliver joint-partner marketing campaigns.
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytical tools.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in the technology, SaaS, or cloud industry.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively influence cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable making data-driven decisions and conducting ROI analysis.
