The Role
As Field and Partner Marketing Senior Specialist for Northern Europe, you will lead the execution of high-impact, regionally tailored, marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, partner engagement, and brand awareness across the Benelux and Nordic regions. You will act as a liaison between sales, partners, and global marketing teams, ensuring alignment and excellence in execution.
What You’ll Do
Field Marketing
- Support the design and delivery integrated marketing campaigns aligned with regional sales goals.
- Coordinate planning and execution of regional events, webinars, and executive roundtables.
- Localise global campaigns to reflect market nuances and customer needs.
- Track and analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Partner Marketing
- Collaborate with partners on joint marketing and co-branding initiatives.
- Support MDF (Market Development Funds) requests, tracking and reporting.
- Assist in developing partner enablement materials and toolkits.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner marketing teams across Northern Europe.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with the regional sales team to align marketing activities with regional priorities.
- Collaborate with product marketing, digital, design and content teams to ensure regional relevance.
- Contribute insights and feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring
- Prior experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field and/or partner marketing.
- Proven success in managing multi-country campaigns.
- Experience of delivering joint-partner marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation (e.g., Eloqua), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools.
Nice To Have
- Experience in the tech, SaaS, or cloud industry.
- Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and ROI analysis.
- Nordic or Dutch language skills are a plus.
