About The Role:
As a Field Operation Representative at Remitly, you will Manage and accompany the field operation process.
This position is a field position that requires daily travels.
Responsibilities:
Achieving monthly targets - convert cardholders to money remittances.
Field meetings with potential customers.
Working in collaboration with the Back Office team.
Multitask between different communication channels.
Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English – Mandatory.
Driver’s license - a must.
Flexibility in working hours is required.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in all MS Office products.
Enjoy working as part of a team.
Hebrew – an advantage.
