Job Description:

  • Lead and manage a team of Part-time Brand Ambassadors at retail locations within an assigned market, providing coaching, mentorship, and strategic direction to drive sales performance.

  • Develop and execute market-specific sales plans for the Meta wearable program, aligning with overall sales objectives and collaborating with key stakeholders.

  • Drive sales and deliver effective strategies for the Meta wearable program at locations within the assigned market, ensuring sales targets and market share goals are achieved.

  • Manage relationships with key Best Buy stakeholders within the assigned market, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring alignment with Meta's sales objectives.

  • Analyze sales data, identify market trends, and develop actionable insights to optimize sales performance and capitalize on opportunities within the assigned market.

  • Act as retailer’s primary sales lead within the assigned market, coordinating all aspects of the sales strategy and ensuring seamless execution.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the consumer tech industry, particularly wearable technology, and leverage this knowledge to position the Meta wearable program in the market effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute market-specific sales plans aligned with overall business objectives. Proven capacity to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and translate them into actionable strategies for the Meta wearable program—experience in leading market sales initiatives and ensuring alignment with Meta's sales objectives.

  • Drives Results: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering effective sales strategies within the consumer technology or electronics industry. A history of successfully driving sales growth and market share gains, focusing on achieving measurable results. Experience analyzing sales data and developing actionable insights to optimize performance.

  • Build Effective Teams: Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of part-time brand ambassadors or similar sales teams. Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and motivate individuals to achieve collective goals.

  • Manages Ambiguity: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate complex organizational structures effectively. Demonstrated capacity to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies as needed. Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and managing multiple priorities.

  • Ensures Accountability: Holds self and team accountable for achieving sales targets and executing plans effectively. Establishes clear performance expectations, provides regular feedback, and addresses performance gaps. Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for results.

  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of the consumer tech industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to identify customer needs and tailor sales strategies to meet those needs. Proven ability to build strong relationships with key retailer stakeholders and decision-makers.
