What you will do
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors to support and enhance forecasting processes, measure team performance and productivity, and support ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support the rhythm of the business through weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Own operational workstream with general direction from sales leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally and act as the SME for escalations for key issues such as quoting, pricing, process, and deal management
- Help manage pipeline, weekly forecasting, QBRs/business intelligence/analytics, and overall operational projects
- Collect feedback from sales to improve the current Salesforce org for scalability in function, accuracy and reporting needs
- In coordination with sales leadership to drive territory planning, account segmentation, and provide optimal and equitable territories for account executives
- Provide comprehensive sales operational training and support, including but not limited to Salesforce best practices, Quoting (CPQ), Prospecting (ZoomInfo; Sales Navigator), and Sales Engagement (Outreach.io)
- Maintain a high level of sales data integrity and upkeep, managing Salesforce records with multiple data sources. Ensure account and opportunity ownership/alignment, accuracy and coverage.
- Own Sales Support channels responding to adhoc support requests revolving around data hygiene, quoting, sales process, and tools
- Champion our Sales Team and work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT, in driving scalability and efficiency into our sales processes.
Must Haves
- Minimum of 5-8+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Analyst role preferably in SaaS or Cybersecurity.
- Must have knowledge and experience with complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields, and an understanding of workflows
- The ability to own and manage projects in alignment with business needs.
- Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills (i.e. sumifs, index/match and vlookup, table formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Background with Sales Systems, specifically Salesforce.com, but also Salesforce CPQ, ZoomInfo, Maps, Clearbit, UserGems, Sales Navigator, People.ai.
- Strength in researching, understanding, distilling and communicating complex business issues, ideas and analyzing business impact
- Proactive mindset, willing to see something that needs to be done and provide suggested solutions to get it done
- Enjoys working with numbers, and taking an analytical approach to solving problems

Base salary range:
$139,400—$164,000 USD
