What you will do
In the position of Field Operations Analyst, based in Abu Dhabi, you will report to our Associate Director Business Support MEA. Your primary responsibility will be to provide day to date operational support to our Operations team.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for you to gain valuable experience in diverse support processes, enabling you to make meaningful contributions to both our customers and our Operations team.
How you will do it
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day operational support to Operations team (Install Oil & Gas).
- Submit and track project documentation as requested by Engineering Department.
- Create material receipts in the ERP system.
- Create purchase requisitions and follow up on the approvals.
- Monitor key performance indicators, using reporting tools (Excel, PowerBI).
- Participate in business reviews and be able to conduct the reviews independently. Follow up on required actions with other team members.
- Back-up other team members in various operations coordination tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
What we look for
Required
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management
- 3-4 years of experience in business support / operations admin or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of iScala is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and EXTREME attention to detail.
