The Marketing Program Manager (MPM) plans, designs and executes all marketing activities for Sales and Services Division.
In this position you effectively design Korea and Japan marketing activities, deploy / adapt the Global marketing programs and execute according. Moreover he/she would develop the business case to select the appropriate program tactics with the APAC sales & support channels and report on the success of the campaigns to Global and local management. Together with the Marcom team & Global marketing team peer's he / she would govern all outbound aspects of product launches and drive the portfolio-mix for cross-selling opportunities.
On the business development side you own the overall market sensing & business intelligence for the specific business in order to generate new business opportunities. In this role he/she would also strongly facilitate the CRM data base usage and enable the sales & marketing integration working very closely with the APAC Management team.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Global accountability for design, deployment and reporting for all marketing activities in Japan and Korea for LPSD: Liquid Phase Separations Division and SID: Software and Informatics Division.
- Measures and evaluates impacts of owned marketing programs. Implements corrective actions to ensure delivery of targeted demand generation results & business objectives.
- Works closely with the regional MPM's, Marcom Specialists, Global and Regional MPM team to execute programs and track assigned spend.
- Works closely with the global Demand Generation team to develop program metrics & tailored tactics mix. Collaborate with channels for all CRM related aspects of sales & marketing integration.
- Working closely with the APAC Organization to monitor & analyze competitive information and customer data to facilitate effective program development.
- Serves as single point of contact for Japan and Korea Sales Division requests and reciprocally provides the APAC business perspective to global Marketing and Product development teams.
- Coordinates with global/ regional MPM's for ongoing product management over promotion and placement changes.
SUCCESS MEASURES
- APAC Funnel Generation performance (funnel $ generation and Conversion rate) for respective business
- APAC program return on marketing investment (%)
- Quality / quantity of contacts, accounts,
- Ramp to Volume for key products and NPI's.
Qualifications
- 8-10 Yrs of sales / marketing / marketing communications experience
- Excellent Digital Marketing Knowledge and Experience
- BA/BS or demonstrable equivalent in Marketing, and/or Business Degree
- Experience managing multiple external partnerships across time zones
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects that are deadline oriented, handle interruptions, and to be flexible with changing tasks
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
- Previous experience and the ability to work as part of a virtual global team and organization
- Ability to identify creative solutions for complex issues
- Business level English skills and equivalent Korean or Japanese language skills
