We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our marketing efforts, executing field campaigns, engaging with potential clients, and driving brand awareness. Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing or event management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
- Are a storyteller AND you have the ability to tie in metrics, accomplishments, and mission
- Are a creative hustler -- you might not have done it before, but you're willing to try something different to get it done
- Demonstrate ability to finish tasks and make reports quickly
- Experience in the fintech industry or related sectors.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in an Events Agency, startups or other fintech industry
- An outstanding writer and write with conviction in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Develop and execute field marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote brand awareness.
- Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent the company.
- Collaborate with the BD/Sales team to identify target markets and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Manage field marketing budget and resources effectively.
