The Role

Are you a dynamic and innovative marketer ready to drive impactful change? As the Field Marketing Manager at BCM One, you will spearhead exciting strategic initiatives to fuel our sales and growth for the enterprise business unit. Work Locations: 

This is a remote or hybrid optional position with the ability to be based out of one of the following office locations: Grand Rapids, Michigan, Herndon, Virginia, Alpharetta, Georgia, Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, or New York, New York.  This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

Hours and Travel:

Typically between 8am to 5pm Eastern.  Flexibility will be required.  Approximately 25% travel annually.

What You Will Do:

  • Organize and manage field marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, and partner events to promote BCM One’s solutions and build brand awareness. This includes:
    • Create compelling content for event promotions, including emails, social media posts, and advertisements.
    • Managing event logistics including booth set up, F&B, AV, signage and venue coordination.
    • Collaborate with sales team to ensure events are appropriately staffed and followed up on.
    • Act as a brand ambassador at all events, ensuring that the company’s image and values are consistently represented.
    • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
    • Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring all activities run smoothly and according to plan.
    • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather insights.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes for future events.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to support BCM One’s sales objectives.
  • Work closely with the sales and partner teams to create targeted marketing strategies and materials that resonate with our partner community and end users.
  • Collaborate with TSDs to drive joint marketing initiatives and leverage their networks to expand our reach.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
  • Utilize performance metrics to review campaign success, including ROI, and refine marketing approaches.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years of experience in telecom channel partner community specifically.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive sales and growth in the telecom or B2B sector.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating content development across various formats, including digital, print, presentations, sales enablement, and thought leadership.
