We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and programs, including both virtual and in-person events. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation, enhancing prospect engagement, and accelerating pipeline growth.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and executing high-impact marketing programs. You will collaborate closely with sales and growth marketing to develop marketing initiatives that deliver measurable pipeline results. Strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, and a strong understanding of the marketing channels essential for success in this role. Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Execution: Plan, manage, and execute high-impact virtual and in-person events, including trade shows, roundtables, executive briefings, and webinars, to engage prospects and generate leads.
  • Campaign Development: Plan and manage marketing programs from concept to post-event follow-up, including list development, prospect outreach, event execution, data uploads, and post-event nurtures.
  • Lead Management & Nurturing: Collaborate with sales operations and marketing automation teams to ensure seamless lead flow, scoring, and follow-up processes.
  • Revenue Alignment: Work closely with sales teams to ensure targeted marketing programs align with business objectives and support revenue goals.
  • Content Development & Messaging: Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to create compelling marketing content, including event promotions, sales enablement materials, and post-event follow-up strategies.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Measure campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights and refine marketing strategies to maximize ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the field marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve program goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to align and deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives
  • Travel & On-Site Event Management: Be willing to travel to key events and customer engagements as needed to ensure successful execution and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent collaborative abilities, with a proven track record of cross-functional success.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • 4+ years experience in B2B field marketing or event marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing both live and digital marketing activities, including trade shows, virtual events, ABM, and email nurture campaigns
  • Experience with a variety of marketing channels and tactics to drive attendance and engagement
