About the Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing field marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers directly.

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will: 

  • Plan, manage, and execute field marketing events across the U.S. targeting multiple industries and products.
  • Develop a robust knowledge of all product lines/services.
  • Produce various marketing materials such as literature, signage, and merchandise for field events.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues.
  • Negotiate with retailers and other partners on promotional displays and merchandise placement.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to create localized campaigns and messaging.
  • Attend relevant trade shows and events to represent the company.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Strategize and review social media and email campaign activity related to events
  • Track expenses and report on the status of field marketing activities.
  • Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the sales team.
  • Support sales enablement by providing event-related tools, content, and collateral to support lead-generation efforts.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and customers to maximize engagement.

You may be a strong fit for the role if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Flexibility to travel as required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
