Windows Direct USA, a leading home improvement company, is seeking an energetic and motivated full-time Field Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. The Windows Direct USA Field Marketing Manager is based out of our Cincinnati office but will serve our Cincinnati/Dayton Metro & Louisville/Lexington Metro markets. Windows Direct USA’s Field Marketing Team will work on-site at a variety of pre-scheduled venues such as home shows, town fairs, festivals, targeted consumer events as well around our ongoing job sites. As one of the first lines of customer interaction, your primary role is to generate leads and sales appointments through engagement with homeowners.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Be the face of Windows Direct USA! Meet hundreds of homeowners and generate LEADS at home shows, town fairs, festivals, targeted consumer events as well around our ongoing job sites by offering appointments for our sales team to provide in-home product demonstrations and quotes.
  • Lead a team of community outreach specialists and event representatives in various markets.
  • Oversee the Windows Direct USA retail store front.
  • Lead engagements and interactions with homeowners demonstrating the features and benefits of our products with trained techniques, tools, and technology
  • Manage a robust calendar of events across our markets, ensuring a high-profile in our communities
  • Coordinate booth and display aesthetics to help keep our displays looking optimal and presentable for demonstration while at the event
  • Find, evaluate and execute setting up events in target markets
  • Hiring, training & supervising additional field marketers to work shows, events, festivals and all other face to face marketing avenues in all of our markets.

COMPENSATION:

  • Industry-leading base pay PLUS unlimited bonus

SCHEDULE:

  • Full-time
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of field marketing and/or sales experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must have a smartphone with internet access
  • US work authorization.
  • Ability to walk and stand for six or more hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
