Drive regional B2B marketing initiative

Take this wonderful opportunity to join a fast-moving B2B software company and become a support to our sales team, positioning our company and achieving LATAMs business goals and revenue targets.

More specifically, you will:

  • Develop, Execute and Measure short/long-term omni-channel targeted campaigns to drive leads and sales pipeline for the Brazilian Sales Team

  • Promote and support the creation of contacts, enhancing our overall prospect/customer data base.

  • Prospect and generate sales meetings

  • Coordinate with core marketing global teams including but not limited to design and content, public relations and digital, to identify and execute programs and campaigns in an efficient and effective manner for the Mexican territory

  • Generate local content for prospect/customer-facing tactics (tradeshows, webinars, digital campaigns, social media) to enhance our presence, relevancy and interaction with customers and prospects

  • Manage and Coordinate activities with local providers such as, Content and PR agency

  • Follow performance measurement criteria as established, tracking performance to gauge success and ROI for marketing initiatives

Our ideal candidate – Are you the one?

As our ideal candidate, you need to have a creative, strategic, and professional mindset, with the ability to focus on field marketing efforts to drive pipeline for the Sales Team, contributing with your territory knowledge. You should have strong communication skills to engage and rapport with prospects/customers through different channels (written, oral). Must have experience in B2B Marketing and High English Level.

Additional qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Field Marketer, in the B2B sector

  • Proven experience working in SaaS companies, with a deep understanding of the SaaS business model

  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful regional marketing campaigns

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
