The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing the direct to end user, focus partner, and alliance integrated marketing plans for their assigned territories by deploying the right mix of marketing programs to reach, educate, nurture, and convert our target audiences to drive high quality marketing opportunities and revenue.

This role is responsible for leading field marketing efforts in the Northeast territories and requires a seasoned professional with a strong blend of strategic and creative thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on execution in a field marketing context. The person in this role must work well with multiple Sales Leaders, Sales Reps, Channel Reps, and Business Development Reps. In addition, the person should have experience managing a business pipeline, from generating leads to working with sales channels to ensure they produce pipeline/business opportunities. This role reports to the US East Manager, Field Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute integrated annual field marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on communication, demand generation, and deal acceleration.
  • Execute end-to-end for your events and field marketing tactics to drive pipeline from target accounts, including research, budgets, venues, speakers, execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Build and nurture relationships with the regional sales team to over-communicate and gain alignment on marketing plans while ensuring proper lead follow-up to achieve targets.
  • Align with and secure buy-in from multiple stakeholders, including sales, channel, corporate, and regional marketing teams.
  • Frequently analyze data to uncover trends and insights that will influence business decisions.
  • Report on campaign ROI, success, and business contribution.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline. 5+ years of related marketing experience.
  • Experience in the channel is preferred but not essential - A seasoned marketer that has worked with either global alliances, corporate re-sellers or partners that have knowledge of Veeam.
  • Proven field marketing experience with a track record of successful integrated campaign planning and execution.
  • Innovative & Creative: Ability to think outside the box to capture market attention.
  • Proactive Attitude: Takes initiative without supervision. Comes with a roll-up your sleeves attitude.
  • Self-starter: Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors.

  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to problem solve, interpret data, and make informed decisions.

  • This position is remote but proximity and ability to travel to the Northeast (NY, MA) is a plus.

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

$112,500$160,700 USD
