Your Team & Role:


You will perform the role of Field Marketing Manager for North America within the Marketing Team.

Your day to day:

  • Define, execute and refine multichannel regional marketing plans to drive lead generation to support sales goals in the region. Success involves collaborating with sales, subject matter experts, channel partners, customers, and your marketing peers.
  • Execute results focussed, holistic campaigns, both direct and with partners to deliver leads; including thought leadership, nurture programs, events and trade shows, webinars, social amplification and other tactics as appropriate.
  • Partner closely with Sales to engage key growth partners in joint marketing programs; including enablement and incentive programs, go to market campaigns, content development and lead follow up.
  • Closely track budgets, lead flow and follow-up, and results against goals. Communicate status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing and sales.
  • Support the development and management of the regional marketing budget for ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum return on investment in partnership with sales and marketing.
  •  Work with business development team members to ensure efficient follow up from all marketing activities.
  • Take an insight driven approach to segmentation, targeting and message development to ensure focussed outbound campaigns, including managing relevant marketing target lists, data enrichment, and research.
  •  Manage partner portal assets and access for regional partners.
  • Organizing and participating in strategic meetings with customers and partners to identify marketing campaigns, planning these campaigns, identifying activities, executing, and reporting on success.
  • Take ownership of all projects which will include organizing timelines and delivering results on schedule and using Asana (project management tool) to deliver timely project plans and results
  • Ability to develop email campaigns, conduct research, coordinate, and communicate with vendors, and more.
  • Ability to manage both short-term and long-term projects as well as adhere to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds, including executing as and cross functional project management.

  • Highly organized with the ability to apply this towards work and deadlines
  • Natural problem solver who can think through projects and anticipate issues
  • Ability to take on multiple projects while working quickly and independently and prioritize deliverables and create project plans.
  • Team player with enthusiasm towards learning and contributing

Your education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields is preferred, but experience is crucial.
