ABOUT THE ROLE:
The EMEA field marketing team is growing. We are searching for an experienced Field Marketing Manager based in London to lead our UK/I & Nordics activities and collaborate with our regional GTM teams. You'll lead a dedicated territory in curating field marketing initiatives, focusing on driving net-new logo acquisition across enterprise and high-value mid-market segments. Acting as the essential bridge between the GTM team in your regions, and marketing, you'll be the go-to regional expert guiding our market presence and growth strategies and adapting owned event concepts for your region e.g. INCENTIVIZE. As a versatile 360° marketer, you'll deeply understand key verticals and segments, identify the messaging and content themes needed for your regions and orchestrate impactful campaigns and activations that move prospects down the funnel.
You will collaborate daily with Talon.One’s Berlin based marketing team, and report into the Head of Regional Marketing. In addition to that, you’ll collaborate closely and regularly with Talon.One’s GTM team incl. sales and partnerships team.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Serve as the primary Marketing representative and expert in the region
- Act as the bridge between field operations and marketing initiatives
- Drive cohesive marketing strategy and brand presence across local channels and activities
- Support strategic account programs and align marketing initiatives with sales objectives
- Identify events and content themes for marketing, business, and technical professionals within the loyalty & promotions space
- Collaborate closely with event and partner marketing team on owned and partner events
- End-to-end project management of chosen industry conferences
- Support media buying strategy, thought leadership activities, webinars & podcasts.
- Identify local media and association partners for content syndication, brand awareness campaigns, lead gen and directory inclusion
- Offer local market insights to inform brand awareness activations, content themes and strategic direction for your assigned market
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing and Partner managers to maximize ecosystem opportunities
- Partner with customer marketing on owned events and success story amplification
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 3-5 years in field marketing in B2B SaaS, MarTech preferred
- Experience with UK/I and/or Nordics
- Experience with Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, Hubspot, Salesforce, Splash, Zoom webinars, Riverside.fm
- Proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce
- Strong budgeting, contract management, and project management experience
- Prior exposure to large-scale in-person events (trade shows, conferences).
- Detailed experience working with Sales Development Representatives and Sales teams, and an ability to operate semi-autonomously on decision-making with these teams
- Experience with lead conversion campaigns
- Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach
- Detail-oriented and solution-focused, with a creative mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent and professional communicator both in verbal and written form, comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
- Experience/comfort working with remotely and from co-working spaces
