Purpose of Role

Working as part of the Global field marketing team , your primary role will be to manage and execute on the Field Marketing plan and be a key interface to the sales and customer facing organization. This role will report to the Head of Field Marketing.

 

In your role as a Field Marketing Lead, your primary objective will be to generate qualified leads in line with the Finastra business plan. You will build the strategic plan, identifying and analyzing customer demand, building regional campaign programs and executing on the plan. This includes working with press and industry analyst, local partners as well as collaborating with the extended marketing team responsible for Integrated Campaigns, Solution Marketing and Account Based Marketing.

 

Strategic Goals & Deliverables 

  • Define and execute on the Region Field Marketing strategy for all Finastra solutions

  • Increase customer base reach and engagement in your region working with the sales organization

  • Focus on Demand Generation Performance (MQL, SS2, SS4, Accretive Value)

  • Event management

 

Accountabilities

  • Collaborate and partner with core marketing and product marketing teams on campaign concept, messaging, content, creative, promotion and optimization to ensure effectiveness for your programs

  • Identify the most effective marketing channels, value proposition and calls to action for personas and key accounts in your region.

  • Engage Marketing and Sales colleagues, both pre- and post-events, to optimize results in terms of awareness, inquiries, and revenue.

  • Execute region-specific marketing programs that will ultimately drive demand and build the sales pipeline.

  • Help with account-based marketing programs to increase the share of wallet within our major accounts and accelerate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Build an appropriate mix of integrated campaign tactics, including events, round tables, email, webinars, telemarketing, social media, etc, to deliver the regional campaign goals within the budget allocation.

  • Collaborate on, the delivery of the company flagship event “Finastra Payments Business Forum”

  • Report on KPIs, track results, manage the lead qualification and handover process to Inside Sales

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • 8-10 year’s experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in Field Marketing and Demand Generation

  • Great customer communication and interaction skills.

  • Familiar with marketing automation platform and CRM systems (Marketo and Salesforce)

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications

  • Experience within B2B Software and/or Financial Services technologies (FinTech) is preferred
