The Role

We’re hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator to support regional marketing efforts across NORAM. In this role, you’ll assist with pipeline-generating activities, help execute field programs, and contribute to building Telnyx’s presence in the region.

This position is hands-on and execution oriented—you’ll support campaign delivery, help run events, coordinate with partners, and ensure marketing activities are organized, tracked, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of the NORAM marketing plan, helping align activities to revenue goals and target accounts.
  • Assist with coordinating and localizing global campaigns for the NORAM market, including digital, ABM, and vertical programs.
  • Help organize field events such as roundtables, workshops, and customer dinners, ensuring logistics, invitations, and follow-ups are managed effectively.
  • Localize and adapt global content, messaging, and materials for regional use across partners and prospects.
  • Collaborate with NORAM sales teams to ensure timely lead routing, event follow-up, and visibility into campaign and pipeline activity.
  • Support partner enablement in NORAM region by preparing localized playbooks, one-pagers, scripts, and Campaign-in-a-Box materials.
  • Supporting analysis of field marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Tracking and reporting on event engagement, pipeline impact, and lead follow-up
  • Assisting with dashboard maintenance and performance insights across campaigns
  • Assist in coordinating joint co-marketing activities and partner events to expand reach into priority accounts.
  • Help maintain reporting dashboards, monitor campaign performance, and support pipeline tracking.
What we are looking for
  • A detail-oriented marketer who enjoys supporting programs that drive pipeline and align closely with sales and partner teams.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B field marketing or coordination roles—ideally in SaaS, cloud communications, or AI.
  • Comfortable supporting ABM, digital campaigns, and event logistics from planning through execution.
  • Experience working with partners in NORAM is a plus, especially in enablement or event support.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable with reporting basics and supporting performance insights.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience supporting UCaaS/CCaaS integrators, Microsoft Teams partners, or NORAM distributors/TSDs.
  • Familiarity with PartnerStack, Marketo, Salesforce, or other GTM systems.
