At Dexcom, our Talent Acquisition team is the heart and soul of our organization, dedicated to attracting and nurturing the best talent in the industry. As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, driving strategic recruitment initiatives, and partnering with leaders to build teams that embody our core values and vision.
Where you come in:
• Engage with healthcare providers, hospitals planners, and payer representative to fulfill their criteria and
decision-making process to approve and reimbursing Dexcom devices.
• Collect and analyze market access data, including treatment patterns, payer’s policies, and Identify
opportunities and barriers and proposes concrete actions to translate the opportunity into reality.
• Develop and execute market access plans on accounts level in collaboration with Marketing, Medical, And
Sales that addresses the unique needs and requirements of non-prescribers and payers in the assigned
territory.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and medical teams to provide insights and recommendation that optimize
product positioning, pricing, and contracting strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with key opinion leaders, professional societies, and other influential
stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with healthcare policies, regulations, and industry trends that may impact Dexcom device
reimbursement and market access.
• Establishes and maintains tight level relationships in the short / medium / long term, inside and outside the
Company to achieve the objectives.
• Anticipates changes in the environment, preparing to be competitive and to minimize the impact that potential
changes may cause.
• Provide information and support to influence key opinion leaders, pertaining to improved outcomes and public
policy matters.
What makes you successful:
• Knowledge of market access for diabetes products or related medical devices.
• Business/marketing or sales experience and the ability to link this insight to funding and reimbursement in-
market.
• Fluency in English written and spoken.
• Ability to speak effectively and confidentially before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.
Travel Required:
• 30%
