Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The Field Logistics Coordinator will help drive strategic departmental plan that aligns with the Enovis mission and the overall goals of the Field Operations and Inventory Logistics department. As a Field Logistics Coordinator, you will be vital to enhancing the company's operations. Your responsibilities will include fulfilling inventory orders, managing inventory levels, facilitating interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth workflows, and participating in improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing operational processes to better serve our customers.
Key Responsibilities: The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

Fulfill requests for loaner sets and set daily priorities for loaner order shipments and requests.

Possess knowledge of all Enovis Foot & Ankle product families and contents of surgical trays.

Manage the receipt of inventory including receiving product and inputting inventory data into the ERP system.

Manage and organize all inventory related documentation and inspection records.

Communicate with all other departments including Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality and Executive Committee regarding inventory fulfillment needs and updates.

Participate in continuous quality and performance improvement activities.

Manage inventory activity in NetSuite ERP System.

Package/ship product to replenish internal and field inventory needs (via sales orders/bill and ships, transfer orders, and general sales representative requirements, etc.).

Retrieve fielded expired inventory.

Fulfill, package, ship and reconcile loaners and consignment orders and requests.

Coordinate logistics for moving Fielded Inventory.

Monitor Email and department inbox, triage and fulfill ad hoc Field Inventory requests as needed.

Assemble surgical trays for deployment in Field Inventory as needed.

Investigate inventory discrepancies.

Identifying and solving problems.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

3 years’ experience in a logistical supporting role, preferably in medical device.

Ability to operate a computer and other general office equipment.

Strong mathematical skills with the ability to apply mathematical principles
-
Must have legible handwriting.

Highly experienced with MS Excel.
-
Familiar with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
Preferences:

Previous work experience in an inventory fulfillment position desired.

High degree of customer and sales representative interface including data collection and reporting on activities such as expired lot management, late loaner kits, order issues and trends along with returns

Ability to articulate clearly, professional oral and written communication skills.

Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to prioritize and multi-task with little supervision.

Previous work experience should demonstrate good interpersonal skills, self-motivation, flexibility, detail-oriented work style, professional appearance and attitude, and ability to effectively communicate with customers/clients at all levels.

Ability to maintain the confidentiality and sensitivity of customer records.

Experience with ERP software preferred (Oracle experience highly valued)
