The role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Field Enumerator to join our team for an important Water Resources project based in Peshawar, KPK. If you have experience in field data collection and are passionate about contributing to impactful water resource initiatives, we encourage you to apply. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and be a part of a critical project in the water resources sector.

  • Conduct field surveys to collect accurate data on water resources and related parameters.
  • Use designated tools, forms, and technology for data collection and ensure data integrity.
  • Engage with local communities to gather information and address their queries during the survey.
  • Prepare detailed reports based on collected data and observations in the field.
  • Maintain organized records of survey forms and supporting documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of fieldwork.
  • Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and updates to supervisors.
  • Ensure adherence to project guidelines, protocols, and safety measures.
  • Verify collected data for accuracy and reliability.
  • Identify and resolve challenges encountered during field activities.

With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

Suitable applicants will have/be:

  • Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Studies or relevant field).
  • Minimum 05 experience in field surveys, data collection, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in using mobile data collection tools and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a field environment.
