Job Description:
- Work with Operation and Engineering teams on design, set-up, and operation of customer jobs.
- Support technical projects, assist in the execution of customer requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to on-site personnel.
- Help oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of equipment and systems on-site.
- Assist in development of various job aides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Conduct field inspections, performance tests, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Gather and analyze operational data to optimize processes and improve system performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on field activities, project status, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering or related engineering specialty.
- 1-2 years of experience in field operations/engineering preferred.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively organize, plan, prioritize, document, and complete work with minimum supervision.
- Basic understanding of oilfield equipment, systems, and processes.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Willingness to travel and work in remote locations, often in challenging conditions.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of hydraulic fracturing, drilling, or production operations.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, automation, or other control systems.
