Summary: Quotes and books all outside charter work throughout the Region. Centralizes and efficiently distributes the work to the appropriate location/branch.
Major Responsibilities- Increases Outside Charter Revenue.
- Increases Outside Charter Revenue.
- Assists in customer quoting and pricing.
- Distributes and dispatches the new work to the most appropriate branch or location.
- Increases customer base.
- Initializes marketing strategies.
- Determines, sets, and meets budget goals.
Minimum Education or Certifications Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum Experience or Skills Required
At least 3-5 years experience
Industry experience
Prior customer service experience
Charter booking experience
Computer experience a must
School Bus transportation experience
