The purpose of the position is to increase dealer parts sales through in-depth investigative analysis, implementation of the best practice process and development of targeted business activities in line with the market needs of each Dealers.
Duties:
- Delivering incremental OEM parts revenue through implementing sales focused activity within the BMW parts Dealers.
- Carry out market analysis and formulate potential for multiple BMW parts Dealers.
- Create bespoke business plan, marketing plan and sales strategy for BMW parts Dealers.
- Generate a dedicated Dealers Action Plan
- Dealer improvement actions priority definition, taking into account size and ease of opportunity and Dealer capabilities
- Present action plan and responsibilities to Dealer staff, gaining buy-in at all levels
- Assist in the on-boarding on new BMW parts Dealers.
- Implement and manage BMW parts Dealers' standards.
- Train BMW parts Dealer staff in market leading sales skills.
- Provide coaching ‘hands-on’ support at all levels to initiate action plan
- data analysis, process implementation, sales coaching, customer and opportunity management
- Ensure effective communication and feedback at all times with: Head Office, Regional and District Management, MSX Program Management, MSX Support Functions
- Provide timely and accurate reporting as per program requirements
- Attend meetings as required, providing territory results, feedback and market intelligence
- Manage the Network Assessment (Principles)according to the procedures defined by the NSC

- Propose project improvements (new implementation tools and activities, training material, etc.)
Customer:
- Provide a good level of job
- Cooperate with BMW
- Inform the Project Coordinator and BMW on achievements or concerns within ongoing activities
- Ensure the customer implementation
- Ensure the extradiscount budget

Qualifications: Degree in engineering, economics, business administration (preference)
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Automotive industry in after sales projects Previous experience in Parts Sales Project (preferential)
Languages: Italian native English fluent
