The RoleThe primary objective of the Field Consultant is to work with Internal stakeholders as well as the client in addressing operational and service management needs associated with the account’s contracted Subrogation product(s). This role is also a subject matter expert in CCC Subrogation products and in expressing their value propositions.
This is a remote role with up to 25-30% Travel
Field Consultants ensure client satisfaction and retention through quality service and proactive consultation with Insurance Carriers. Field Consultants are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers at the local office levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists Account teams in addressing specific client needs and managing accounts using Safekeep solutions.
- Service customers through scheduled on-site visits as well as remote service options such as webinars, web-based portals, and self -service technology
- Troubleshoot product related concerns from insurance clients and coordinate solutions through the technical support department
- Maintain client relationships for the purpose of retaining and increasing company market share
- Gain a solid understanding of each client's claims process in order to better assist their claims managing needs and help drive enhanced claims processing
- Develop and assist in client related service plans that are consistent with short-range and long-range business objectives that can be measured
- Supports sales management process (e.g. pipeline report, call report monitoring etc. for designated accounts.)
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Provide and review management reporting with users and their management providing insight.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required
- Knowledge of the Insurance Industry and Subrogation required
- Instructor led training experience is required
- Project management and change management experience a strong plus
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management tools preferred
- Work experience in an action-oriented and results-based environment
- Strong analytical skills and technical acumen (Tableau, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, customer service focus and strong work ethic required
- Ability to work independently from home office required
