The Field Architect role at MinIO will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. You will leverage your expertise to design and implement robust sales strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the rest of the Customer Experience team along with the Engineering, Support, and Sales teams to assure customers are successful in POC, onboarding, production, and beyond.
What You Will Do:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies using Salesforce to manage customer relationships and pipeline.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of Kubernetes to provide technical guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring that our cloud storage solutions are effectively communicated to potential clients.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their business needs, articulate our value proposition, and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, presentations, and demonstrations that effectively showcase our offerings, integrating Salesforce capabilities to streamline processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment between customer feedback and product enhancements.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to sales representatives on Salesforce best practices and Kubernetes integration.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes.
Your skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a sales engineering or sales architect role, preferably within the cloud or storage industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, with a solid understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and its applications in cloud solutions.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
