Field Applications Engineer

The Role: 

• Entegris is seeking Technologist support and Field application at Photolithography application and Electronic Technology background. 

• The position will support customer Installation service and troubleshooting and evaluation project, co-work with account sales and BU side to promote existing products and solve customer issue  

• Direct communication between the customer, sales and other internal departments. 
   

In this role you will: 

• Product Installation and troubleshooting support, new product evaluation, and qualification projects at customer locations in support of sales opportunities. 

• Communication between BU side and account sales to solve customer issue and meet their request. 

• Co-work with team member to achieve team goals and reach key evaluation project and provide solution to solve customer issue. 

• Data base management 
   

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

• College of Science Degree in Engineering and Semiconductor Engineering experience 

• Flexibility to adapt to work environment, work force, and customers’ needs; 

• Semiconductor manufacturing and relates process, Photolithography application or Photo TRACK tool related experience.  

• English skills - able to communicate effectively through conversation, oral presentations, and written reports
