As a Field Application Specialist, you will be at the forefront of innovation, leveraging your expertise in Fluid Management Technologies to partner closely with our Sales team. Your role will be crucial in growing our market share in Southeast Asia, ensuring the successful design, validation, and implementation of our products.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with Sales to deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and application studies. Partner with Product Excellence to test and showcase new products through beta sites.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Analyze customer processes and User Requirement Specifications (URS) to design optimized solutions. Support the first product installation and initial start-up, providing comprehensive training and support.
- Quality & Excellence: Collaborate with the Quality Department to troubleshoot and resolve customer process issues, ensuring top-notch quality and satisfaction.
- Strategic Insights: Conduct competitive analysis and share valuable insights with the Application Specialist Team and Product Excellence to drive strategic decisions.
Who You Are:
- Educational Background: You hold a degree in Science, with a preference for biological sciences, biotechnology, or engineering.
- Industry Experience: You bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Biopharma industry, with a background in Filtration being a valuable bonus.
- Technical Expertise: You possess strong process optimization and application knowledge, with the ability to interface effectively with cross-functional departments.
- Communication Skills: You have excellent communication and presentation skills, are fluent in English, and proficiency in additional local languages is a plus.
- Cultural Awareness: You demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity, enabling you to effectively collaborate in a diverse and global environment.
