Provide strategic technical direction aligned with business goals and market priorities.
Support sales teams with pre-sales technical expertise, solution design, and customer presentations.
Identify and execute strategies to drive new business opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-regionally to support global customers.
Monitor team performance and implement operational improvements.
Ensure customer satisfaction through tailored technical solutions and field support.
Represent the voice of the customer, providing insights for product strategy and innovation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior customer stakeholders.
Technical expertise in electro-mechanical systems or related fields.
